7-day refund

Within 7 days of paying, email us and we refund the full price. No questions asked, no forms. A week is enough to open every drill, try the first days and see if the plan suits you and your dog.

How

Email support@pawsandclover.com with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and take 5 to 10 business days to show.

What we cannot refund

After 7 days from paying. We do not refund on how your dog behaves: training takes weeks and we cannot control practice, other dogs or your dog's history.
